2008 Rates and Reservation Policies
Cottages
Duplex cottage efficiencies (COMMON TO MOST UNITS): two bedrooms (one with twin beds
and one with a queen size bed) some with a hide-a-bed in the living room. All electric kitchen,
bath with tub and shower combination, electric heat, cable television, microwave and
coin-laundry. All units completely furnished except for linens (sheets and towels). Cottages sleep 4 or 6 persons. We are approximately 200 feet from the public beach.

* SPECIAL JUNE 28– AUGUST 23: STAY 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS AND SAVE $20 PER WEEK
- Each additional infant, child or adult at $5.00 per person, per day. There is a limit of 6. people in each cottage that sleeps 6 and a limit of 4 people in each cottage that sleeps 4.
- One extra person is $10 per day.
- A 50% deposit is required on all reservations.
- Along with the rate, you are required to pay the 7% state tax.
- Prices are subject to change.
- PLEASE, NO PETS ALLOWED.
- PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
- CHECK IN TIME IS 2:00 PM; CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM.
- PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU WILL BE ARRIVING AFTER 6:00 PM.
Guest Rooms
Provided to you are daily maid service, furnished linens, private entrance, color/cable television, electric heat, refrigerators, and complementary coffee. Rooms have a choice of a queen size bed or one double and one single bed.
